PAYMENT

For your convenience you are able to shop in your domestic currency! In the top - right section of the website you will see a drop down menu that allows you to change the currency.

All prices are based in USD so please have in mind that your total will automatically convert to USD upon final check out.

 

✦ I accept Paypal only. Payment should be in USD. 

 If your country currency is other than USD your payment will be converted at the exchange rate the payment provider designates. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before you buy, please contact your credit card company.

 

Do you ship internationally?

✦ A B S O L U T E L Y, Location and shipping charges can be selected for your destination upon check out.

Our shipping prices are determined by the weight and/or dimensions of your order and your shipping address. To determine the cost of your shipment, please place the items in your shopping cart and advance to checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your shipping address. We do not combine orders. Coupon codes entered at checkout are applied to your order before your total shipping cost and any applicable taxes are calculated. Orders placed by the same customer or being shipped to the same address will be shipped separately.

 

Where do orders ship from?

✦ All orders are shipped out of Mexico City, Mexico.

   

What is the processing time?

 Laura Anunnaki is an independent brand, completely run by myself and small team. With this in mind, usually orders may take between 1-7 days to process. Please allow up to two weeks during holidays, product launch releases and sale events for processing. We are not responsible for weather or shipping carrier delays.

Please also have in mind that due the speed in which we process our orders it is impossible for us to change or cancel orders after they have been placed!

What shipping carrier do you use? Can I track my order?

✦ The standard shipping is Mexico post SEPOMEX service. This is the national mail service of each country, it will be handled first by mexican post service and once it will arrives to your country will be responsability of the post service from that country, ex Royal Mail, USPS, etc.

Includes tracking number.

Tracking numbers are for you to check the status of your package to prevent any failed deliveries or mishaps with your items. You can track your order first on SEPOMEX(Mexico post service) webpage and then on your country's official postal website (ex: U.S: USPS)

Tracking numbers will be sent to the Paypal e-mail address you used to make your purchase.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

✦ Shipping times will vary depending on location and service choosed:

STANDARD SHIPPING

✦ Please allow 15 - 90 working days for international shipping

✦ Please allow 5-20 working days for domestic shipping

 

What happens if my package goes missing?

When the package leaves our warehouse, its transportation, processing, and delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.

The customs fees are established by your country, we have nothing to do with them. We cannot control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. All customs, duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the user.

With this in mind please understand that we are not responsible for customs/duty charges or any LOST or DAMAGED packages and FAILED deliveries but we will be glad to help to avoid this!

Once the package has left Mexico it's completely out of our control what happens with the package after, so please check your tracking constantly to avoid missing your package.

However, We will notify to your email if your package is returned to us and We can send it one more time if you pay for shipping again. If you don’t answer the mail or if your don’t wanna pay the shipping after one year we’ll take your package as lost and you must have to order everything again. 

✦ We package everything very carefully to prevent damage, but sometimes the postal service can be rough with the handling.
We are NOT responsible for any damaged packages.

 

✦ Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once your order has been made, it is final. We cannot stop the order to add additional items. You must make another order and pay for additional shipping.

 

✦ Can I update my shipping adress?

If your order has not shipped out yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us with your order number and the new address. Once we have updated it, we will confirm that the address has been updated.

 

I ordered something but you sent me the wrong item!

If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item, we apologize! Please contact us with your order number and we will remedy the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the error was not on our part.

 

My order came incomplete!

If we’ve accidentally left an item out of your order, we apologize! Please contact us with your 

order number and we will remedy the situation. 

 

Returns and Replacements

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS or order cancellations.

✦ Laura Anunnaki does not accept returns. The sizing guides & description of products are made very clear, so all sales are final.
